This is a full-time W-2 position starting at $17 per hour, plus performance bonuses and employee benefits.
What You'll Do
- Represent Brightside Windows throughout Kansas City-area communities
- Connect with homeowners and introduce our window solutions
- Generate interest and schedule free consultations
- Track daily activity and results
- Work toward individual and team goals
- Build valuable communication and sales skills
This is an active, field-based role with plenty of face-to-face interaction.

What We're Looking For
- 18 years or older
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Smartphone
- Confident communicating with new people
- Competitive and motivated by goals
- Dependable, coachable, and ready to learn
- Comfortable staying active and working outdoors
No previous sales experience is required. Restaurant, retail, hospitality, athletics, fitness, customer service, construction, and other fast-paced backgrounds can all translate well.
