Key Responsibilities
- Train students in electric motor winding, rewinding, repair, and testing of AC/DC motors, transformers, and armatures.
- Conduct classroom and practical workshop sessions with safety-focused instruction.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, assessments, and training materials.
- Demonstrate proper use of tools, equipment, and testing instruments.
- Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and support projects and certifications.
- Maintain workshop tools, equipment, and lab facilities.
- Stay updated on modern motor winding technologies and techniques.
Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 3 years of experience in motor winding and repair.
- Strong knowledge of AC/DC motors, transformer winding, testing equipment, and safety standards.
- Good communication and teaching skills; prior training experience preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Vocational training certification is a plus.
- Ability to create hands-on training modules and basic computer skills.
