We’re hiring a Senior Manufacturing Manager to lead a multi-shift plastics manufacturing operation across injection molding, extrusion, and assembly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead supervisors, leads & operators across multiple shifts
• Drive OEE, productivity, quality, safety & cost improvements
• Manage Lean/Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, Finance & Supply Chain
• Oversee production budgets, labor efficiency & scrap reduction
• Ensure GMP/GDP and regulatory compliance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 10 years manufacturing experience; 5 years leadership
• Strong plastics manufacturing experience
• Injection molding required; extrusion highly preferred
• Lean/Six Sigma preferred
• Medical device manufacturing experience is a plus
• SAP experience preferred
