This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Development Representative located in Henderson, NV. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for actively engaging with potential clients through lead generation, qualifying prospects, and scheduling meetings to introduce ClimaFi’s energy solutions. The role also involves collaborating with the sales and marketing teams, maintaining client relationships, and delivering key insights into market trends to support business development efforts.
- Hands-on experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong Communication and collaboration skills with the ability to establish meaningful client relationships
- Proficiency in Sales and Business Development processes
- Goal-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
