This leader will connect people, purpose, and performance across Cox Farms—driving the strategy and execution of internal communications, culture storytelling, and employee enablement initiatives that inform, inspire, and engage employees at every level.Job SummaryReporting to the Chief People Officer, this Director will lead a small, high-impact team (1–2 direct reports) responsible for internal communications, employee engagement, and enablement programs.
