Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. You will work with individuals, particularly children, with autism or developmental disabilities to implement behavior intervention plans and provide support.
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect data on individuals' behaviors during sessions
- Assist in the development of individualized treatment goals
- Collaborate with the treatment team to provide feedback and progress reports
- Utilize applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors
- Maintain accurate and timely session notes and documentation
Experience
Required Skills:
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- Familiarity with medical terminology and medical records
- Compassionate and patient approach when working with children
- Proficiency in medical documentation and record-keeping
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
