What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 Care: Work directly with children with autism to build life-changing communication, social, and functional skills.
- Implement Custom Plans: Follow clinical behavior plans designed by your supervising BCBA, using positive reinforcement.
- Track Progress: Seamlessly record session data and progress notes using our digital practice software.
- Collaborate & Grow: Partner with families and clinical leaders in a supportive, team-driven setting.
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s in Psychology, Special Education, or related field preferred).
- Active RBT certification preferred (or eagerness to complete our paid 40-hour training program).
- Experience with children, neurodivergent individuals, or caregiving settings is a plus.
- Empathy, patience, reliability, and strong communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a background check.
