Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Brighter Strides ABA is looking for caring, motivated RBTs to join our team!
We provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), helping them build skills, gain independence, and reach their goals.
At Brighter Strides, you’re part of a team—not on your own. You’ll receive ongoing support and guidance from experienced BCBAs, along with opportunities to grow professionally.
What You'll Do
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes
- Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Collect and enter session data electronically
- Participate in BCBA supervision and team meetings
- Build positive relationships with children and their families
What We're Looking For
- Active RBT certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable vehicle and transportation
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Strong communication skills
- A genuine passion for helping children succeed
- Willingness to complete a background check
