Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Lakewood, NJ. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee the talent acquisition process, including full-life cycle recruiting, employer branding, and strategic hiring efforts. Responsibilities include identifying suitable candidates, organizing and conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers to align recruiting efforts, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process. The position also requires fostering positive candidate experiences and helping to expand the company’s team with skilled and dedicated professionals.

- Ability to stay organized and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in the healthcare or ABA therapy sector is a plus
