Summary

A fast-growing multi-state ABA provider is seeking a dynamic Director of Talent Acquisition to lead its national recruitment efforts. This hands-on leadership role will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, develop employer branding strategies, and implement scalable hiring systems to support rapid growth.

• Oversee full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for clinical and non-clinical roles

• Lead and grow a high-performing internal talent acquisition team

• Develop and execute national employer branding strategies to attract top-tier candidates

• Establish metrics and reporting systems to track hiring performance and pipeline health

• Optimize recruitment systems, tools, and processes for scalability

• Partner with onboarding and HR teams to ensure a smooth transition for new hires

Requirements

• Proven ability to build and scale recruiting operations in a fast-paced organization

• Experience in employer branding, workforce planning, and recruitment marketing

• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a hands-on approach and the ability to balance strategy and execution
  Familiarity with healthcare or therapy settings preferred
  

• Must be based in or commutable to Lakewood, NJ
