- Strong experience in foreclosure case management, including handling contested matters
- Ability to prepare, review, and approve legal pleadings and documentation
- Experience representing clients in hearings, mediations, and depositions (telephonic and in-person)
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently
- Strong understanding of chain of title review and legal accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with client-facing experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to make timely decisions and maintain attention to detail.
- 0–3 years of experience in bankruptcy law
- Experience working in foreclosure legal environments
- Exposure to high-volume legal operations or servicing environments
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree
- Licensed and in good standing with Maryland and Virginia State Bars
- Residency in Baltimore, MD or Alexandria, VA
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
