• Strong experience in designing and developing reports using Power BI
• Expertise in extracting, transforming, and analyzing data from multiple sources

• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Experience in data governance, data quality, and compliance standards
• Hands-on experience supporting business decision-making through analytics
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  
  

Preferred or Nice-to-have Skills:

• Experience working with data warehouses
• Exposure to manufacturing industry data

Mandatory Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field OR 5 years of experience in BI/Analytics
• Proven experience working as a BI Analyst or BI Developer
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and Microsoft data ecosystem

Position Summary:

Join our innovative team as a BI Analyst, playing a pivotal role in shaping the data narrative of a dynamic manufacturing organization. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining impactful Power BI reports, ensuring accessibility and delivering actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

Essential Job Functions:

• Design and develop Power BI reports for organization-wide use
• Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs
• Analyze manufacturing data to provide strategic insights
• Stay updated with BI trends and continuously improve reporting capabilities
• Build strong relationships with business teams and act as a BI liaison
• Work with data scientists to incorporate predictive analytics into reporting
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance through governance practices
• Recommend and implement improvements to BI processes and reporting

• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
