Real Estate Finance Attorney – Charlotte

Our Charlotte based law firm client is looking for an experienced Real Estate Finance Attorney with 4-8 years of experience to join its Real Estate Finance practice group. This is a growth role with a defined route to advancement, set in a collaborative firm culture where you’ll learn from seasoned attorneys, mentor junior colleagues, and receive regular, specific feedback on your progress.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in lending and real estate, along with a working understanding of the pace and timelines of sophisticated finance transactions. The firm supports attorneys at every stage of their careers and lives, and invests in building each attorney’s practice in the direction they want to take it.
Responsibilities:
- Handle sophisticated real estate finance and lending transactions
- Manage transaction timelines and keep complex deals moving efficiently
- Draft and negotiate complex transactional documents
- Communicate directly with clients throughout each matter
- Mentor junior associates while learning from more senior attorneys
Qualifications:
- 4-8 years of experience in real estate finance, lending, and real estate transactions
- Admitted to practice law in North Carolina
- Experience with the timing and pace of sophisticated finance transactions
- Outstanding academic record
- Excellent drafting skills and strong client communication skills
Pay range and compensation package:
The compensation range for this position is between $310,000 and $435,000, along with a competitive benefits package.
