Are you an experienced Electrical Superintendent in Commercial Construction? Bright Future Electric is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage electrical construction projects ranging from $250k to $1M .
Supervise and direct a crew of 2-10 electricians.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Plans work and schedules.
Completes required paperwork and coding Initiates and monitors safety program.
Demonstrates efficient knowledge of trade.
Coordinates with other trades.
Prepares detail drawings for job.
Coordinates with the Project Manager.
Has direct communication with General Contractor.
Makes arrangements for inspections at appropriate milestones.
Evaluates fellow employees.
Possess skills of lower Rating Job Titles (Journeyman, Mechanic, Al-4, H1-4)
Requirements:
Minimum 7-10 years of experience as a Superintendent in the electrical construction industry.
Current Driver’s License.
Electrical State or local Journeyman's license.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with team members and clients.
