We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service BDC Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound service calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build relationships with customers while promoting our dealership's service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
-Answer inbound service calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
-Make outbound calls to follow up with customers on service reminders, declined services, and special promotions.
-Schedule and confirm service appointments while maximizing shop capacity.
-Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
-Collaborate with the service advisors and technicians to enhance the customer experience.
-Meet and exceed call quotas, appointment-setting goals, and customer satisfaction metrics.
