Position: Access Engagement Specialist
Employment Status: Full-Time (FT)
Position Summary
Bridgeway Center, Inc. (BCI) is seeking applicants who want to work in an outpatient setting for adults, children, family, Mental Health (MH) and Substance Abuse (SA) services. Applicants must be outgoing, like working with the public, and welcome BCI's clients cheerfully while providing superior customer service. Must have the ability to multi-task and always remain professional to ensure that each client walks away having had a positive and helpful therapeutic experience.
The Access Engagement Specialist will orient new clients, maintain the BCI waitlist for services, coordinate initial face-to-face sessions, coordinate community wellness checks, and provide backup services.
Applicants must be outgoing and enjoy working with the public, professional, and para-professional team. Have the ability to collaborate and communicate with BCI departments and external stakeholders. Must be able to multi-task and remain professional at all times to ensure that each client has a positive and helpful therapeutic experience.
