About the Role:
As an RN Supervisor, you'll lead and support our nursing staff to provide the highest quality care to our residents. You’ll be responsible for overseeing clinical operations during the overnight shift, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive environment for both residents and staff.
Requirements:
Valid RN license in New York State
Strong leadership and communication skills
Previous long-term care or supervisory experience preferred
A passion for caring for the elderly and promoting resident well-being
