Job Summary:

Bridgewater Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Weekend RN Supervisor to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Weekend RN Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care for our residents while working a 32-hour week (2–16-hour shifts) and enjoying a competitive hourly rate of $42-$52 per hour and get paid for 40 hours.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care while leading a team of dedicated nursing professionals

• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff on shifts

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in patient care and customer service
