What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Staff position at Bridgetown Mushrooms?
Bridgetown Mushrooms was founded in 2018 and has grown a strong community in the Portland Metro region, selling to restaurants, farmers markets, grocery stores, wholesale, and direct to consumers. Bridgetown is in the exciting process of scaling production at our new facility in Canby, and to do that, we need more team members!
In 2025, we are hiring staff to work in general production in Canby, Oregon. Due to the high volume of applications received, we will not be able to respond to all applicants. Position Description: This is a manual labor role with a fun, hardworking team. .The Production Staff will be involved in many aspects of mushroom and bulk substrate production, including operating the substrate mixer, bagging substrate, moving materials between steps of production, and cleaning and sanitizing work spaces. Training will be provided.
We work in a large, older warehouse that will be undergoing improvements in the near future. It’s fully functional but can run cold, so comfort working in a more industrial environment is helpful.

- Ability to follow production and safety procedures
- Farming, production, or other manual labor experience
- Passion for mushrooms is a plus!
Location: Canby, Oregon warehouse (24700 S Mulino Rd)
Hours: 30-40 hours per week
Pay: $20/hour
