Schedule:

Friday: 4pm–12am

Saturday: 8am–10pm

What You’ll Do

Perform admissions & emergent visits (no triage phone calls required)
-
Provide scheduled visits for hospice patients
-
Manage pain & symptoms with compassion
-
Communicate patient needs and changes to the care team

Qualifications:
About You:
-
RN, graduate of an accredited nursing program
-
Current PA nursing and valid driver’s license
-
1–2 years of hospice experience highly preferred
-
Strong communication & critical-thinking skills
-
Able to lift/transfer patients and equipment as needed

The position requires standing, sitting, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, reaching, and climbing throughout most of the day. The employee must frequently lift or move objects and patients weighing over 50lbs. Routinely transfers patient weight 100lbs or greater.
