Bridges Hospice is hiring Full-Time, Monday–Friday LPNs to join our team in:
Allegheny County:
South Hills (including but not limited to Bethel Park, Greentree, Castle Shannon, Mt. Lebanon)
North Hills (including but not limited to Wexford, Cranberry, North Hills, McCandless, Saxonburg)
City of Pittsburgh (including but not limited to Shadyside, Oakland, Bloomfield, Lawrenceville, Highland Park, Fox Chapel, Sharpsburg
Monroeville (including but not limited to Oakmont, Plum, Penn Hills, Verona, Murrysville)
Washington County and Fayette Counties (including but not limited to Uniontown/70 Corridor)

What You’ll Do:
- Provide skilled nursing care to terminally ill patients in their homes
- Support patients and families with education on pain management, hospice care, and end-of-life processes
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional, compassionate care
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold the dignity of every patient
Qualifications:
About You:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; PA LPN license in good standing
- At least 1 years’ nursing experience (hospice experience preferred)
- Valid PA Driver's license
- Strong clinical skills & exceptional compassion
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance
- Commitment to patient dignity, family support, and teamwork
- Superior customer service skills.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and document care given.
The position requires standing, sitting, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, reaching, and climbing throughout the majority of the day. The employee must frequently lift or move objects and patients weighing over 50 pounds. Routinely transfer patient weight 100lb or greater.
