Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting appropriate John Deere products and equipment
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding and interest
- Upsell additional products, accessories, or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability
- Perform inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment and product rotation
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, offering technical advice, and resolving issues promptly
- Assist with merchandising plans and ensure the retail space is inviting and well-organized
- Support supervising staff in daily operations when required, including training new team members on sales techniques and store procedures

Requirements

- Experience with product demos, upselling techniques, merchandising, stocking, and cash handling is advantageous

- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and problem-solving attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge of or interest in agricultural machinery or John Deere products is beneficial but not required
