We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented executive assistant to support the president of BridgePoint Investments with administrative tasks and customer support. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the collection of required documentation from clients and ensure all forms and files are complete and accurate.
- Prepare and organize client files for internal review and financing submissions.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with leads and clients through email, phone, and video calls.
- Monitor deadlines and follow up proactively to ensure timely document submission and client engagement.
- Update the CRM daily, documenting client status, interactions, and progress to support accurate reporting and KPI tracking.
- Assist with basic marketing tasks, including preparing simple visual content (graphics, short videos, posts) when needed.
- Support the scheduling and publishing of content across social media platforms.
- Track engagement and respond to messages, emails, calls or comments in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth coordination and information flow.
- Maintain organized digital files and documentation, ensuring easy access for the team.
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, follow-ups, internal coordination, and other tasks assigned by Management.
- Accompany the manager during all client on-site visits and meetings, ensuring that next steps, notes, and action items are accurately captured and completed.

Requirements
- Bilingual - English is a must, fluent in speaking and writing
- Posses it own laptop
- 1 year of experience as an assistant or similar role
- Full-time availability
- Knowledge of digital tools (CRM, Canva, social media platforms, etc.)
- Knowledge and basic understanding of principles of accounting,
Compensation
- Monthly salary range: starting at $20/hr
- Additional growth opportunities based on performance
Salary : $40,200 - $41,600
