Law Firm Billing Specialist (Temp to Hire)
Washington, DC metro. Onsite ONE day per MONTH (details at interview); fully remote otherwise.
A leading international law firm needs two hands-on billing specialists, hired through Bridgeline Solutions on a temp-to-hire basis, contract through year end with a perm option.
You will run the full billing cycle: invoice prep and edits, rate and matter maintenance, e-billing submissions in LEDES format, rejection appeals, A/R follow-up, and outside counsel guideline compliance.
You have 2 years of law firm billing, real e-billing portal experience, and fluency in a major legal billing platform (Elite 3E, Aderant, or similar).
One commute a month makes this work from Baltimore, Northern Virginia, and well beyond the DMV. Availability wins ties - tell us your start date.
