Are you a legal professional with civil litigation law firm experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of your cases from start to finish?
Our client, a boutique-sized law firm based in Southern California is seeking a Case Analyst to review and analyze case files, manage litigation matters, track deadlines, prepare case summaries, and support attorneys throughout the lifecycle of a case.
- Prior law firm experience required (civil litigation strongly preferred)
- Legal billing experience required
- Experience with case analysis, discovery, pleadings, and litigation deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high-volume caseload
- Filevine experience is a plus
This is a primarily remote role, but occasional in-office attendance in Orange County or Downtown LA may be required.
