The company is currently hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician to assist with the daily upkeep regarding maintenance. We are looking for someone with years of property management maintenance experience who provides exceptional customer service abilities while successfully completing and managing maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Daily upkeep of the physical building, apartment units, property exterior, and common area appearance in accordance with company standards.
- Required to work On-Call rotation and have a reliable vehicle.
- Complete assigned work orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain an excellent customer service relationship with all residents and fellow associates.
- Assist with building and common area maintenance
- Perform other job-related duties as required
Experience and Skills:
- Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HVAC systems
- Knowledge of general maintenance (i.e., electrical, plumbing, appliances repair, etc.)
- Work with minimal supervision
- Minimum 2 years multi-family maintenance experience
- 3 year HVAC systems work
- A valid driver's license and any other licenses/certification required by the state
- HVAC certification (EPA Type I & II OR Universal)
Salary Range: $18-24 hourly based on experience and property assigned.
