We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead high-complexity, high-impact programs within the Infrastructure Security domain.

You will play a critical role in transforming operational execution and enabling scalable program management practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end program delivery, ensuring measurable business and technical impact
- Lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with competing priorities
- Drive complex, cross-organizational programs across multiple domains
- Deliver programs focused on security, compliance, and risk reduction
- Define and track KPIs and success metrics for sustained improvements
- Bring clarity to ambiguous problem spaces and drive informed decision-making
- Maintain deep technical understanding to identify and mitigate risks
- Manage technical dependencies across upstream and downstream systems
- Mentor TPMs and introduce scalable processes and frameworks
- Improve organizational efficiency and execution maturity
Required Qualifications
- 8 years of experience driving strategic technical programs across functions
- Proven ability to influence VP stakeholders and leadership teams
- Strong experience in program management frameworks and execution models
- Expertise in Fit-Gap Analysis and technical decision-making
- Advanced problem-solving skills in complex and ambiguous environments
- Strong communication skills with ability to influence executives
- Experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or B2B environments
- Bachelor’s degree required

- Experience in security or risk-reduction initiatives, such as:
