Program Manager – Office Infrastructure Projects

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead office infrastructure projects and drive end-to-end delivery of scalable technical solutions. The role acts as a bridge between Real Estate & Workplace Services, Corporate IT, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management including design, bidding, implementation, commissioning, and handover.
• Manage deployment of network infrastructure, low-voltage systems, and ISP connectivity.
• Oversee audio-visual (AV) and video conferencing systems implementation.
• Partner with security teams to integrate access control and surveillance systems.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, vendors, and construction teams.
• Develop and track project schedules, milestones, and provide executive status updates.
• Review technical drawings, design documents, and specifications.
• Manage procurement, budgeting, and collaborate with FP&A teams.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in program management and infrastructure project delivery.
• Expertise in network infrastructure, low-voltage systems, and AV technologies.
• Knowledge of construction project lifecycle and execution processes.
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and vendors.
• Proficiency in project planning, risk management, and budget tracking.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of architectural design phases including Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documentation.
• Experience with commercial real estate construction projects.
• Strong vendor management experience including RFP creation, bid evaluation, and performance tracking.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, power, cooling, and capacity planning.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering and construction drawings.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have

• PMP certification or equivalent project management credential.
• Experience in corporate office buildouts or expansion projects.
• Familiarity with enterprise IT infrastructure environments.
