We are seeking a Supply & Inventory Planner to support Global Football (Soccer) Apparel planning operations within a centralized global supply chain function.
This role focuses on end-to-end supply & inventory planning, partnering across global and regional teams to balance consumer demand, inventory levels, and business performance metrics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Execute end-to-end supply & inventory planning for Global Football Apparel
• Serve as primary point of contact for supply planning across TEAM and Licensed portfolios
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align on demand signals, inventory goals, and marketplace strategies
• Evaluate on-time delivery performance across promotional and retail channels
• Analyze supply vs demand trends, identify risks, and recommend business trade-offs
• Balance revenue, margin, and inventory optimization in planning decisions
• Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) for finished goods procurement
• Maintain PO updates (delivery timelines, pricing, destinations) and communicate impacts
• Identify risks and opportunities, and translate data into actionable insights and executive storytelling
• Support multi-season planning cycles ensuring alignment with global marketplace strategies
• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for supply planning initiatives and process improvements
• Help refine and evolve planning operating models and workflows

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 2–4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, or Operations
• Strong experience in Supply & Demand Planning / Inventory Management / Marketplace Operations
• Hands-on experience with SAP / APO / Cognos or similar planning systems
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros, Complex Formulas)
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret large datasets and generate insights
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
