We are seeking a Program Manager with strong EPPM and Process Management expertise to drive enterprise-wide planning, governance, and execution excellence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of portfolio management, process optimization, and cross-functional program delivery.
You will play a key role in establishing scalable frameworks, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring alignment between strategy, execution, and business outcomes.
What You’ll Do
EPPM & Portfolio Management
- Lead and manage Enterprise Project Portfolio Management (EPPM) processes and tools
- Oversee portfolio planning, prioritization, and governance across multiple programs
- Ensure alignment of initiatives with strategic business goals
- Track portfolio performance, risks, and dependencies
Process Management & Optimization
- Analyze, design, and improve end-to-end business processes
- Implement process governance frameworks and best practices
- Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Standardize workflows and operating models across teams
Program Execution & Reporting
- Manage cross-functional programs ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms
- Communicate program status, risks, and insights to leadership
- Drive data-driven decision-making
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with business, IT, and operations teams
- Facilitate alignment across senior stakeholders and leadership
- Act as a bridge between strategy and execution teams
What We’re Looking For
- 7–10 years of experience in Program Management, PMO, or Strategy & Operations
- Strong experience with EPPM tools (e.g., Clarity, Planview, Primavera, MS Project Online)
- Proven expertise in process management, optimization, or re-engineering
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional portfolios/programs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
