Senior Planner

We are looking for a Senior Assortment Planner with expertise in assortment planning, financial forecasting, and inventory optimization. This role focuses on building data-driven, consumer-centric assortment strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop bottom-up assortment plans aligned with financial targets.
• Create seasonal and monthly forecasts (sales, margin, inventory).
• Own open-to-buy (OTB) planning and forecasting.
• Analyze data to provide actionable insights and in-season optimization.
• Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities vs. financial plans.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Finance, and Planning teams.
• Present business performance, forecasts, and strategies to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in assortment/merchandise/financial planning.
• Strong knowledge of forecasting, inventory, and product planning.
• Experience with data analytics and planning tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Understanding of consumer and market trends.
• Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred).
