Software Testing (Automation Testing)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Tester II – Software Testing with strong experience in Automation Testing to support end-to-end software quality assurance initiatives. This role involves designing, developing, and executing both Manual and Automated Test Cases, contributing throughout the Software Testing Lifecycle, and actively participating in Agile testing activities.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Selenium (Java), JavaScript Test Automation, Playwright (TypeScript), Appium, and REST API Testing, along with experience in Functional, Regression, and End-to-End Testing. Exposure to ERP systems, Cloud Test Platforms, and Telecom/Supply Chain domains is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, Develop, and Execute Manual and Automated Test Cases
• Develop Automation Scripts using Selenium (Java), Playwright (TypeScript), Appium, and REST API Frameworks
• Execute Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Smoke Testing, and End-to-End (E2E) Testing
• Participate in Agile Sprint Testing and Release Testing activities
• Identify Testable Scenarios from User Stories and Business Requirements
• Prepare Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Test Data, and maintain Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM)
• Perform System Readiness Validation through Smoke Testing
• Identify, Log, Track, and Retest Software Defects
• Document Test Results and maintain Testing Reports
• Ensure applications meet Quality Standards including Performance, Reliability, Compatibility, and Usability
• Learn and utilize AI-based Testing Tools for smarter execution and defect analysis
• Execute testing using Shared Automation Frameworks and Cloud Testing Platforms
• Participate in Requirements Review and Clarification Sessions
• Estimate Testing Effort and manage assigned deliverables
• Contribute to Continuous Improvement initiatives and Quality Engineering best practices
• Build understanding of Telecom and Supply Chain business workflows

Required Experience

• 2 Years of Experience in Automation Testing and Software Quality Assurance
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium (Java)
• Experience creating and executing JavaScript Test Cases
• Experience with Playwright (TypeScript)
• Experience with Appium Mobile Automation
• Experience testing REST APIs
• Strong understanding of Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Smoke Testing, and End-to-End Testing
• Experience creating Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Test Data, and RTM
• Experience reviewing User Stories and Requirements
• Experience logging, tracking, and validating Software Defects
• Knowledge of Software Testing Methodologies, Processes, Standards, and Testing Types
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong Analytical, Problem-Solving, Documentation, and Communication skills

• Exposure to Supply Chain business processes
• Experience with SAP ECC, SCM Modules, Warehouse Management, Logistics, and APO
• Exposure to Oracle ERP Supply Chain Planning or o9 Planning Platform
• Experience with Tosca or AccelQ Automation
• Knowledge of Cloud Test Execution Platforms such as LambdaTest, TestGrid, or Sauce Labs
• Understanding of Inventory Validation, Order Validation, Credit Validation, Fraud Checks, and Tax Validation
• Exposure to Telecom Domain

Education
