We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineering (QE) Lead to drive end-to-end quality assurance initiatives for Corporate and Finance programs within an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in test automation, AI-driven testing, CI/CD integration, and enterprise system validation, along with proven experience in telecom, financial systems, and HR workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead quality engineering activities across Corporate and Finance streams in Agile delivery teams.
- Drive test strategy, planning, execution, automation, and release readiness.
- Implement AI-driven testing approaches for test generation, prioritization, defect analysis, and quality insights.
- Oversee functional, automation, integration, and API testing using Selenium, Java, and REST APIs.
- Manage test execution on cloud-based platforms such as LambdaTest, TestGrid, and Sauce Labs.
- Validate complex system integrations, enterprise data flows, and downstream business impacts.
- Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and establish continuous quality gates.
- Monitor quality metrics, risks, defect trends, and production readiness.
- Collaborate with Product, Development, and Business stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and drive continuous quality improvements.

- Experience in defect management, reporting, and quality governance.
