We are seeking a Product Operations Manager to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support the successful launch and management of our products. The role focuses on streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring alignment with product strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with product managers, development, marketing, and other teams to align operations with business goals.
- Manage project plans, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Coordinate activities to ensure smooth and timely product launches.
- Implement process improvements, best practices, and workflows for efficiency.
- Track KPIs, generate reports, and provide insights using analytics.
- Facilitate team communication, status meetings, and risk management.
- Oversee quality assurance and integrate customer feedback for improvements.
- Manage external vendor relationships and ensure quality and timeline adherence.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong background in project coordination, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with Miro and Airtable is a plus.
