What are the responsibilities and job description for the Transition Manager position at BrickRed Systems?
We are seeking an highly creative and detail-oriented professional to join our Transition Manager on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will develop impactful, on-brand content and manage internal communications to drive awareness, excitement, and adoption of Gen AI tools across the organization.
Ideal Candidate
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail, visual storytelling, and brand consistency
Content Creation & Design
- Develop visually compelling materials such as one-pagers, e-learning modules, short-form videos, and website content
- Design and edit graphics and videos aligned with brand guidelines
- Build and update web pages to deliver a consistent, user-friendly experience
- Draft clear, concise, and engaging internal communications for channels including email and Slack
- Support organization-wide engagement campaigns that promote Gen AI initiatives and increase adoption
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong proficiency in graphic design and video editing
- Experience with website design and content management
- Ability to create polished, professional materials aligned with brand standards
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on internal communications
Tools & Technologies
- Required: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma
- Nice to Have: Articulate Rise (for e-learning development)
Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of directly relevant experience
- Acceptable Alternatives:
- PhD or Law 3 years
- Master’s degree 4 years
- Associate’s degree 6 years
- High School diploma 7 years
