We are seeking a highly skilled Global Brand Manager – Sportswear responsible for supporting the development and execution of global brand strategy, seasonal storytelling, and integrated marketing plans across multiple geographies.
This role will act as a key connector between consumer insights, product priorities, and brand storytelling, ensuring strong alignment across creative, digital, retail, and geography teams. The focus is on building consistent, high-impact brand experiences that drive relevance, engagement, and growth in global markets.
Success in this role will be measured by the ability to translate strategy into execution, deliver compelling seasonal narratives, and ensure cross-functional alignment in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
Key Responsibilities
Global Brand Strategy & Planning
- Support development of global and seasonal brand plans aligned with strategic priorities
- Contribute to shaping integrated marketing strategies and execution frameworks
- Ensure alignment between brand vision, product priorities, and consumer trends
Consumer Insights & Storytelling
- Translate consumer, marketplace, and cultural insights into actionable brand opportunities
- Support development of seasonal storytelling and campaign narratives
- Drive relevance through sport, culture, and evolving consumer behavior understanding
Creative Briefing & Execution
- Develop and contribute to clear, compelling creative briefs
- Partner with creative and marketing teams to ensure executional excellence
- Help evaluate and refine creative output to ensure alignment with brand strategy
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Brand, Creative, Digital, Retail, and Marketing teams
- Collaborate with global geography teams to localize brand direction
- Ensure consistent execution across multiple markets and channels
Program & Project Management
- Manage timelines, planning cycles, and key deliverables
- Ensure on-time execution of seasonal campaigns and initiatives
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed, and evolving environment.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- OR equivalent practical experience
Experience
- 6–8 years of experience in brand marketing, brand management, or related roles
- Proven ability to translate strategy into execution with strong attention to detail
- Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed environments
