Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Audience Builder & Customer Data Platform (CDP) team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern frontend technologies, backend API development, and large-scale data platform integrations. This role involves building AI-powered audience segmentation and activation solutions while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop React-based Audience Builder UI and customer activation workflows
• Build scalable APIs and middleware services for audience creation, preview, and activation
• Integrate applications with Databricks/Delta Lake, ClickHouse, Redis, Kafka, and Event Hubs
• Develop AI-assisted segmentation and customer preview capabilities
• Interpret application and component designs and implement solutions according to specifications
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following engineering standards and best practices
• Perform debugging, unit testing, code reviews, and documentation
• Collaborate with QA teams to validate application functionality and performance
• Contribute to application architecture, HLD/LLD design, and reusable component development
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, effort estimation, and release management
• Work closely with customers and stakeholders to clarify requirements and present technical solutions
