Cyber Security Operations Engineer

We are looking for a Cyber Security Operations Engineer II to help protect our systems from cyber threats. In this role, you will monitor security tools, investigate incidents, and support response efforts. You’ll work with other teams and guide junior analysts to keep our organization secure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support cybersecurity operations, including incident response and threat hunting.
• Investigate threats using SIEM, EDR (CrowdStrike Falcon XDR), and Email Security tools.
• Analyze security events, identify root causes, and recommend improvements.
• Maintain security controls and support proactive threat detection.
• Participate in on-call rotation and internal incident response exercises.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4 years of combined IT and cybersecurity experience.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR (especially CrowdStrike Falcon XDR), and Email Security.
• Knowledge of frameworks: MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, Cyber Kill Chain, D3FEND.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Experience supporting major incident response and EDR operations.
