Seeking a strategic and creative Communications Coordinator to support Global Employee Communications through compelling internal content and storytelling. This role focuses on developing high-visibility editorial content that connects employees worldwide to company mission, sport, product innovation, and culture. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and communicator with a passion for storytelling, sport culture, and internal communications, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and produce written content for internal channels including newsletters, intranet stories, Slack, Campaign Monitor, Workvivo, and digital screens.
- Curate and manage the editorial calendar and homepage content for internal platforms.
- Support editorial and storytelling strategy to engage a global employee audience.
- Track and analyze engagement metrics to understand what content resonates with employees.
- Build efficient processes, toolkits, and best practices to support communications teams across regions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional communications partners including executive communications, brand, product, media relations, and geo teams.
- Assist with planning and execution of internal events and campaigns tied to sport, culture, and innovation.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree required (communications, journalism, marketing, or related field preferred).
- 5 years of experience in communications, editorial, or content-focused roles.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience creating content for digital and internal communication platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong verbal communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in internal employee communications.
- Proficiency with Keynote and familiarity with Campaign Monitor.
- Experience developing and interpreting engagement metrics.
- Understanding of channel strategy for reaching diverse internal audiences.
- Passion for sport, storytelling, and brand culture.
- Proactive, professional, and self-starter mindset.
- On-site availability at Beaverton(Mon–Thurs, WFH Fridays).
