Residential Plumbing Technician

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential plumbing issues.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water and drain lines, fixtures, water heaters, well pumps, sump pumps, gas lines
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment,
• Perform remodeling tasks such as fixture replacements or system upgrades on existing plumbing setups.
• Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely in customers’ homes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of State of Ohio Plumbing Code
• Proficient in soldering, drain camera, pipe threader, jackhammer, and pipe threading machinery.
• Ability to read blueprints accurately.
• Capable of heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required on job sites and ability to work in confined crawlspaces.
• Valid driver's license necessary.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
