Plumbing Service Technician – Tom Drexler Plumbing, Air & Electric

Location: Cincinnati, OH (Branch Location)
Work Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays as needed
Compensation: $70,000 – $150,000 annually (Hourly Incentives) Sign-On Bonus up to $10,000!

What You’ll Do
- Respond promptly and professionally to residential plumbing service calls
- Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions
- Estimate costs and perform plumbing repairs and installations
- Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting client relationships
- Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with company standards
- Safely lift up to 50 lbs and handle the physical demands of the role
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Open availability Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays
- Professional demeanor with strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Preferred:
- 5 years of residential plumbing service experience
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan or Nexstar training a strong plus
