I'm partnered with a Global, industry leading well-known Fortune 500 organization on a Capital Finance, Senior Manager position. The position combines strategic finance, portfolio management, forecasting, business case development, executive reporting, and team leadership.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead annual capital planning, budgeting, forecasting, and portfolio prioritization across a complex investment portfolio.
- Partner with business leaders to develop, evaluate, and challenge investment business cases and capital requests.
- Drive capital governance processes, securing approvals through executive and committee review forums.
- Develop long-term capital roadmaps, assessing ROI, strategic alignment, and investment trade-offs.
- Deliver financial modeling, scenario analysis, and executive-level insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor portfolio performance, identifying risks, cost variances, and opportunities while driving cross-functional resolution.
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team (manage 3 direct reports) while ensuring strong financial controls, compliance, and reporting standards.
What They're Looking For
- 7 years of progressive experience in FP&A, capital planning, investment analysis, portfolio management, or related corporate finance functions.
- Proven experience managing large-scale capital investment portfolios, business cases, and governance/approval processes.
- Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, valuation, and scenario-planning skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and collaborate effectively across Finance, Operations, Accounting, and other business functions.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related analytical field
- Leadership experience managing teams
