Tax Manager Opportunity w/ WLB - San Antonio, TX (Hybrid)
Our client is a highly awarded Mid-Size CPA firm headquartered in San Antonio, TX who are actively seeking a dedicated Tax Manager to join its tight-knit team of tax and audit professionals on a Hybrid Schedule (see hours). The Firm is known for offering an Exceptional Work-Life Balance, hybrid schedule, limited busy season hours, no weekends and Summer Friday schedules!
Benefits Include:
- Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000
- Discretionary Bonuses (paid out in June)

Schedule/Hours:
- Hybrid Schedule (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)
- Hours: 40 Hours (Normal Season), 50 to 55 Hours (Busy Season)
- Summer Fridays: Memorial Day till mid-August, the CPA Firm takes Fridays off!!!
Qualifications:
- 4 Years Experience coming from a reputable CPA Firm
- CPA-License Required
- Construction and/or Restaurant Industry experience a plus
