- Other duties as assigned
- Previous experience in an RV, marine, or automotive role preferred
- Knowledge of RV systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, towing) and/or marine mechanics is a plus
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Excellent communication
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the dealership and service area for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
- Frequently lift, carry, and move objects up to 50 lbs. (such as parts, accessories, or tools)
- Occasionally kneel, crouch, bend, or reach to inspect RVs and marine vehicles
- Ability to climb in and out of RVs, boats, and truck beds as needed for show-throughs and inspections
- Comfortable working indoors in an office/service area and outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow)
- $18-22/hr DOE
