- Clean and detail the interior and exterior of RVs to dealership standards
- Wash, vacuum, wax, buff, and remove dirt or stains from all surfaces
- Apply protective products as needed
- Ensure RVs are clean and ready for display or customer delivery
- Maintain detailing supplies and equipment
- Report damage, needed repairs, or supply shortages
- Assist with inventory organization and tagging
- Safely move, park and stage RV's
- Fuel and prep RVs for display or customer delivery
- Report damage or mechanical concerns to the service team
- Other duties as assigned
- Prior RV, automotive detailing, or lot experience preferred but not required
- Forklift experience not required but a plus
- Ability to safely maneuver and park large vehicles (RV experience a plus)
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and wet conditions
- Ability to climb ladders and work on elevated surfaces
- Ability to enter, exit, and drive various RV sizes safely
- Comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, rain, or snow
- $16-20 per hour (DOE)
