Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and inviting dining area for guests.
- Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment following proper food handling procedures.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff during busy service times.
- Perform thorough cleaning of dining areas, kitchens, restrooms, and other public spaces to uphold health and safety standards.
- Handle food service duties with professionalism, including serving guests politely and efficiently when required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations during peak hours and special events.
Skills
- Experience in bussing tables or food service environments with a focus on hospitality excellence.
