The Tennis Facility Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the efficient daily operations of the tennis facility by overseeing court usage, facility maintenance, and staff activities. Key responsibilities include managing site scheduling, supervising personnel, addressing safety concerns, coordinating bookings and court assignments, and overseeing pro shop operations. The role also includes maintaining inventory, tracking attendance, preparing administrative reports, and delivering exceptional customer service to all facility users.Education Required: H.S. diploma or equivalent
License(s): Valid LA driver's license.

Generally 40 hours per week. Some evening and weekend hours are required.

- Relevant work experience and education will be considered
- Two (2) or more years of related experience preferred.
- First Aid & CPR certification w/in 30 days of hire
- Knowledge of various sports activities and equipment
- Knowledge of basic office equipment; basic math skills; basic computer skills
- Ability to schedule, administer and evaluate effective recreation programs
- Strong interpersonal skills & ability to relate to others in positive manner
- Ability to perform general maintenance
- Promotes, coordinates, and supervises center programs.
- Administers overall operation of center according to established policies and procedures.
- Schedules staff.
- Maintains administrative documents including financial records, attendance report and personnel/payroll documents according to established procedures.
- Writes maintenance work orders, facility inspections and monthly attendance reports.
- Maintains office, janitorial, and recreation supplies.
- Schedule weekend rentals, staff and custodians.
- Works special events as needed.
- Works weekend rentals.
