What are the responsibilities and job description for the Early Childhood Educator position at Breakthrough and Discovery Center?
Implements daily curriculum plans to meet children's cognitive, social-emotional, and physical needs.
Provides a supportive and consistent environment, establishing behavioral standards.
Evaluates the individual needs of each child, maintaining child assessments and records.
Provides positive daily contact with parents.
Supervises the health and safety of children, administering daily health screening, medications, and first-aid.
Maintains a warm and friendly attitude working with children, parents, and other staff members.
Participates in team teaching efforts and attends staff meetings, workshops, in-services, parent meetings, and center functions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
