Bread & Butter Market is a new specialty market in Riverhead focused on fresh, high-quality food, authentic flavors, and exceptional customer service. We're looking for friendly, energetic Baristas who enjoy creating a welcoming experience for every guest.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, tea, and other beverages
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a clean and organized coffee station
- Restock supplies and assist with opening/closing duties
- Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team
Qualifications:
- Barista or café experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
- Friendly, reliable, and punctual
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend availability is a plus
