Position Summary
We are seeking a highly proactive, organized, and outgoing Operations & Client Experience Coordinator who will take ownership of the daily flow of the spa and represent the brand with confidence and energy.
This is not a passive administrative role — you will be the face of the business, ensuring smooth operations, driving client engagement, supporting sales, and coordinating events and outreach initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and coordinate daily office and spa operations
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, and team members
- Serve as the face of the spa, delivering an exceptional client experience at all times
- Drive sales and client engagement by promoting services, packages, and events
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events, partnerships, and outreach activities
- Support marketing initiatives and community presence
- Ensure the spa is always organized, stocked, and operating efficiently
- Coordinate schedules, communications, and internal processes
- Oversee logistics for events, including transport of spa equipment when required
- Anticipate needs and solve problems proactively without waiting for direction
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in operations, office coordination, customer service, or similar roles
- Experience in wellness, spa, beauty, hospitality, or events is a strong plus
- Interest or exposure to marketing and event coordination preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Mac systems
Compensation & Benefits
- $22.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
